After working in my yard the other day...I think I do have a small patch of poison ivy...I caught it in time! The best scratch I've ever had! Weird.

The Peppered Cupcake: While traditional cupcakes are sweet and popular among our small and young generation, we wanted to create a new cupcake tradition that entices the more experienced palette and those palettes that are looking for exciting new combinations and of course, some traditional favorites.

Some of our recipes are sweet "and" savory. Our signature recipe, "The Peppered Cupcake" says it all. A family owned pound cake recipe modified with orange marmalade to add moistness, topped with cream cheese and a hint of horseradish, then a light sprinkle of fresh crushed black pepper. Need we say more?
